Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Optmum ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Software.

License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Optmum grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software on a single Mac device for the duration of your license period.

Your license includes:

• Unlimited image conversions
• All format support
• Batch processing capabilities
• Updates during your license period

License Restrictions

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the Software
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
• Share your license key with others
• Activate the license on more devices than permitted
• Use the Software for any illegal purpose
• Remove or alter any copyright notices

Trial Period

Optmum offers a 7-day free trial. During the trial period, you have full access to all features. The trial is limited to one per device. No credit card is required to start a trial.

Payment and Refunds

Annual License: The license fee is $49 per year, billed annually. Your license is valid for one year from the date of purchase.

Refund Policy: We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with Optmum within 30 days of purchase, contact us for a full refund.

Automatic Renewal: Licenses do not automatically renew. You must purchase a new license after expiration if you wish to continue using the Software.

Device Limit

Each license is valid for activation on one Mac device. If you need to use Optmum on multiple devices, you must purchase additional licenses.

Updates and Support

During your license period, you are entitled to receive updates and bug fixes. We provide email support within 24 hours for licensed users.

Warranty Disclaimer

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT.

Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL OPTIMUM BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA OR PROFITS, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your license immediately if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on our website. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
